Our Brown Bag series on “Great Figures of the New Testament.” During the month of October we will learn about who the Centurions were, and get a more intimate look at the apostle Paul and how he affected early Christianity. Finally, in the last two presentations we will be focused on Jesus.
Please join us on Tuesdays, at 11:30 am, in the Gathering Room to learn more about these men and how they were important to the beginning of Christianity. “Great Figures of the New Testament” is a series of talks presented by Dr. Amy-Jill Levine for this Brown Bag series. Dr. Levine is a University Professor of New Testament and Jewish Studies at Vanderbilt University.
